     Most of our care givers have completed Nurse Assistant Certification training. All our care givers receive frequent supervision and we review their service to each client monthly. We provide quarterly training to improve their skills. Each care giver communicates well with spoken and written English. Our supervisors live and work in Lompoc or Santa Maria. One is always available by telephone. With about 40 care givers we are able to find good matches with personalities and skills. We guarantee your satisfaction with our performance. 

    We adapt our services to meet individual needs and schedules. In most situations service is available from $25.50 to $32.50/hr., depending on the length and frequency of our visits. Twelve hour is available for $318/shift. Transportation in our vehicles is $20.00 per local, round trip. If you provide the auto there is no travel charge. Prepayment for services is usually not necessary. Services are invoiced weekly. We compile and mail insurance billing information weekly, for $7.50, and send it by certified mail.

The next step would be for you to call office for an in-home assessment. Our Service Coordinator will meet with you, learn about your needs, then provide you with a proposal for services.

How Your Care Giver Is Paid Is Important








 State and federal tax laws require care givers be paid by a payroll process. Earnings need to be reported, taxes paid, workers' compensation coverage provided, and W-2's issues.
