Koa Nou (pronounced Ka New) has lived in Lompoc all her life. While completing her B.S. in Business from La Vern University, she worked in medical billing. As the Financial Manager for At Home Senior Services, she is responsible for compiling our weekly payroll and client invoices. She also bills long term care insurance for clients, processes accounts payable and prepares our financial data for our accounting service.

Before Hiring a Care Giver
For a number of years, Joanna conducted health facility inspection for Los Angeles County. Joanna received her B.S. in Nursing from CSU, Los Angeles. She contacts each of our clients at least monthly to evaluate how our services meet their needs, and if we are meeting our Standards of Service.
Her observations and comments from clients are the main component of each care giver's monthly performance review. In addition, She reviews the service plans and service notes with each client.
Kassie, a recent high school graduate, has brief experience in several customer service fields. She worked as a receptionist and office assistant in her father's auto-body repair shop. She is continuing her education in the evenings with classes in office administration. Kassie facilitates communication with clients and care givers, maintaining records for both, and organizing insurance billing documentation.
Robyn Small has 27 years of banking experience−seventeen with Security Pacific Bank and ten with Bank of Santa Maria. She began her career as a teller and new accounts clerk eventually working her way up through operations as an Operations Officer, Loan Officer and Office Manager, at several offices from Morro Bay, Santa Ana, Solvang, Vandenberg Village & Santa Maria. Many years of dealing with seniors in the banking arena have given her a solid background for helping them with bill payment and record keeping needs. Robyn has an AA from Allan Hancock in business management. She’s also been involved with many business organizations over the years and for past 4 years has been the secretary of Lompoc Business Womens Network.
Consumers must be diligent about who they select to provide home aide services.
